lower back

I have had some back pain in the past and recently had some lower back pains.  Now my back keeps popping (never had this before), it doesn't really hurt when it pops but very uncomfortable.  Sometimes I'm feeling a pain between my stomach and abdomen area.

I didn't think that being almost 43 years old I would have to deal with my bones and joints at an early age.  Thank you for the information and advice.  I am going to make an appointment with my doctor to find out whats going on and I will update you.  Thanks again.

It is possible that you are experiencing symptoms related to arthritic changes in your lumbar spine and your knees.  Wear and tear on our spines and large joints is an unfortunate result of aging (not that we are old -- just getting older!)
That popping sensation can be related to micromotion of the bones of the joint.
Your first option is to see your primary care physician for a medical evaluation and specific radiology tests as indicated.  Anti-inflammatory meds and physical therapy may be helpful in reducing your pain and providing instructions on how to maintain a healthy back and coping with osteoarthritis.
Post again with an update and any additional questions/concerns you may have.
Best wishes ----
