neck pain, lightheaded, flush

2 months ago started to have debilitating headaches and neck pain. Went to physical therapy.  Headaches have gone away, but neck pain continues. Pain is in upper part of neck and is a dull, nagging continuous pain.  I experience dizziness, lightheadedness  when standing or moving. When I read  my face feels flush and get lightheaded.  I also feel stiffness in my body. Don't know what to do. Any suggestions on what is going on.

I've been experiencing very similar symptoms... I've had problems with my neck and back for like 20 years, but it seems to be getting worse.  I had x-rays about a year ago which my doctor told me showed arthritis and some degeneration in my neck.  I tried a chiropractor - it helped at first then seemed to not help as much.  Now my doc has me going to physical therapy.  I wanted to see a rheumatologist, but I guess he wants me to try therapy first.  It feels like my upper back and neck are just in constant muscle spams - very painful and exhausting! I also experience some dizziness and lightheadedness similar to what you explained.  I know this didn't really answer your question, but sometimes it's helpful just to know someone out there understands and can relate...

If you got rid of the headaches, that's something. You need to go back an see your Doctor, maybe have some imaging tests done.
