i have been having numbness in my fingers and pain in my hands and neck. i have trouble turning my neck left or right. my neurogolist told me that i have bulging disc in my neck the meds are not helping. what kind of surgery do i need

I think surgery will be a waste to your body and a waste of money. Relax and try to seek help from different doctors

You don't need a surgery now. do physical therapy preferrably McKenzie exercises.
