pain after I sleep

Sooo, I go through my day relatively painless.  Then I lay down to sleep and I wake up with pain in my mid and upper back, usually across my shoulder blades and below.  The pain subsides after twenty minutes or so but it happens every day.  I just bought a new bed and it doesn't help.  I would appreciate any ideas.

I am on prescription Celebrex and Tylonel Arthritis for OA and scoliosis.  Regular anti's don't cut it since they only last 4-6 hours.  TA works for 8 hours and it has helped but the Celebrex helps the most.  So  maybe try TA and see if that helps?

I have tried that and it doesn't really help.  I usually go o bed between 9 and 10 but I don't usually wake up from the pain until between 3 and 4.  I'll get up and make my lunch and the pain will subside within 20 min and I can go back to sleep for a while.  I've tried taking a muscle relaxer before going to bed and that won't help either.

I find that by taking an anti-inflammatory before I go to bed helps with my back pain.
