hi. i'll have to agree with zak. it sounds like si joint instability & it's probably causing swelling and tightness in the hip flexor region. i'm just guessing here but if you over stretched your si joint during the fall then maybe you made the joint a little unstable. it's kind of like twisting your ankle. it kind of comes back to normal, but you get a twinge now and again. i would not advise going to a chiro. that i know. someone else that i know had this issue and they went to an osteopath & had some success. take care. kimpton

after every treatment I felt better in the muscles around my back but I kept getting these catching sensations in my sacral area.

I am going for acupuncture and have an appointment on thursday.
I stopped the exercises but and the pain is gone but I have these weird "fullness" or heavy sensations in my pelvis. My doctor says it may be inflammation irritating a nerve.
Hi,Sorry to know that.
At moment, your main problem is ligment injuries including lower back and SI area, Reducing inflammation is wise treatment for your condition. So,perhaps intensive acupuncture could do better job. Good luck!
hi. yes i have. what was the duration between the treatment and the pain?
has anyone else had a similar experience with physio?
