please explain to me

My mri reads like this.

LBP LUMBER DISC BULGE;
early partial disc deneration L-3-L4 w/ out stature loss. mild facet arthropathy changes. no spinal stenosis.
L-4 L-5 notable for similar minor partial disc desiccation w/ minimal disc bulging and mild facet arthropathy changes w/out spinal stenosis.
L-5-S1 notable for minor asymmetric disc bulging to left w/out significant compromise of the lateral recess and neuroforamina. no nerve impringment early facet  adenopathy.



my pain is real ... having hard time  with doctors.  my right side is more effected because  there is were  my  knee hurts. torn menis.. yet doctors says .. nothing is wrong.

What does your doctor say about the MRI findings? Part of it sounds like arthritis, but not all of it. I've had the knee surgery for a torn meniscus. It's not bad, I'd go for it...the difference is amazing!

Your mri doesn't look too bad, id have an emg ordered to determine any radiculopathy in ur lumbar region. I wish u the best!1!

My doctor  tells me nothing other then you have nothing .don`t see anything wrong. but here I have pain in my lumber region at times is  [ chronic ] pain  down  my leg numbness  to my toes . sitting & standing for long periods of time just  agggrevates the problems more.  but here he says nothing is wrong . gives me pain  meds . The knee problem was taken care off. I had my surgery. now i still have problems with that area allso because  it  still hurts  when my knee grindsl. any sitting  for long periods of time . when I going to stand up it hurts like the dickens.. but, I try to bear it so  much  that I cry.. again that doc~s says you have arthritis. oh wait my cervical have issues too..
