hey,
i am a 22 yr old male who suffers from scoliosis , hump present at the right lower back, of an angle of approx 30 degrees
i suffer from mild back and calf ache from time to time
are there any solutions to solving this issue other than surgery and medication as my doctor said there is no need for me go on an operation.

According to my chiro, over time he can helps get the vertabrae into somewhat of an alignment which can take some of the pain away. Of course the worse you are then the chances are slimmer but a chiro may help take the pressure off your spinal cord. My upper back is about 25-30 degrees out too and actually my whole back is a mess but he told me he is going to at last try to get me out of pain and straighten me as best as he can.
The chiropractor I am seeing says that he can help people with scoliosis. Have you check a chiro out yet?
