something odd going on

For the past month or so, I keep getting this odd feeling in my head as thought there isn't enough blood ( or maybe too much ) getting to my head.
I have seen three doctors about this now. The first one checked my blood ( for whatever ) and found nothing. The second one listened to my neck and said the blood was running just fine. The third tested for diabetes, and everything else under the sun. He also sent me in for an upper back xray because I've been complaining about a numbness/tingling/itchy/burning sensation in my left shoulder blade for about a two years now.
All tests came back negative.
I seem to be fine as long as I'm laying down or standing. The minute I sit down I feel like I'm going to pass out. I get the feeling of not enough blood/oxygen reaching my brain. My head ( mostly on the right side ) starts to get a fuzzy/numb/tingling sensation.
I thought it was my sinuses at first ( mostly because the right side of my nose seems to be hit the hardest by a pulsating sensation, and because I have always had congested sinuses. ) but then after standing up and sitting down a few times, I began to realize that it has something to do with sitting.
Is it possible that a nerve is stuck somewhere and causing this?
I have a chiropractor appt for tomorrow morning. Is there anything ( aside from what I've said above ) that I should tell him?
He's the one who sent me to the doctor when I started complaining about my shoulder...at which time he said that there was nothing he could do for me, and that I really needed to see a doctor.
Not sure what ( if anything ) he'll be able to do for me tomorrow.
Any thoughts?

Turns out my neck was seized up...( so says the chiropractor )...anyway, he gave it a few twists, and the feeling went away instantly. It's been a few days now, and no weird feelings...neck is still really stiff though, and back hurts. Can't win them all I guess. lol

Thanks for that. I'm going to try that right now, see if it helps.

I broke my tail bone when I was 12...( 45 now ) and have always had one back ache or another. Didn't do anything in the past few months to set anything off, but I guess old injuries can " pop up to haunt us " at any time.

Perhaps I twisted the wrong way...or maybe the arthritis is moving?

I feel old....lol

Hi and welcome. ive had a condition that causes similar symptoms. I have a cracked vertibre an the only way to stop the numbness is to squat to releave the pressure off the nerves. My doctor told me that any numbness or tingling is a sign of a pinch nerve. Even if the pinch is low it can be felt in the higher body areas as all nerves are somewhat connected. Mine showed up on and MRI.
