Hi,
sorry for the delay in my reply. I only have my sons computer to use and he doesn't let me on all the time!!
I am SO happy to hear that the second blood patch worked for you! That's great news!! I myself haven't gotten the stimulator yet. I haven't even been offered it. I know that I felt the same way that you do.... that I would "never get another injection ever again!!" BUT when my legs started going numb and the numbness in my right leg was SO bad I couldn"t stand it any longer... I did give in and get one. And to my surprise it wasn't as bad!! Was your pain management doctor the one who did the spinal injection? Did they do it with a live x-ray which shows them EXACTLY where the needle is going in?? Those are very important questions. Your pain management doctor you need to have complete and total faith in him/her. And the injection into your spine should NEVER be done without a live x-ray!!
We have to trust them with our lives..... however we still need to watch them like hawks!
I am really glad you are feeling better!!

my gosh I am so sorry to hear this is happening to you!! It happened to me a couple years ago and it's such an excruciating experience! I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy!

Please hon, go to the ER!! Don't suffer anymore than you have! If you only get a small amount of relief from the ER it will be better than nothing and you might be able to get in a little bit of rest in the process. And if it's something more serious that needs to be addressed then you will be taken care of!

Please keep me updated! (((hugs)))
