Bad Concentration - "Time warps"

I have a really hard time sleeping.  This has been a problem forever.  My pdoc and I have have tried many combinations of medication.  Latest is Seroquel XR and Trazadone.  On the flip side, we are using Cymbalta to help me "wake up".  I've noticed a really hard time concentrating in the morning hours, extremely tired, and having "time warps" where I just zone out.  I'll be doing something and just go away only to come back and notes what I was writing has trailed off and it is a minute or so later.

Was just curious if anyone has seen the same on any combination of medications.

Are you sleeping less than usual?  It could also be the med combo like the previous comment said.  Someone I know was on too high of a dose and it cleared their mind so much they kept saying ummmm or uhhh about every other word until that was adjusted.  I have something kind of like this happen except I am aware during the whole thing but mine occurs normally due to mental illness.

It may be the result of your medications that is causing you to be tired and have lower concentration.  Don't drive a car in the morning.  Your body may just need to adapt to the dosage level you are put on, or the doctor may need to tweek your meds or dosages as he sees fit.  Keep working WITH your doctor.  Stay on your medications.
