Effexor,Wellbutrin and Depacote

I have been taking 300 milligrams of Effexor XR and 300 milligrams of Wellbutrin SR and 2000 milligrams of Depacote
for the past six years.I have managed on my own to stop taking all of them over the past six weeks, not without great suffering.I would like to know if and when I can expect to be free from the nausea, dizziness, headaches, etc. that I am experiencing all the time.

Namaste,

First of all discontinuing your medication without the knowledge of your provider can causse serious consequences, especially with regards to withdrawal and your particular disorder.

It's admirable that you would like to be medication free and I wish I could do the same, but have found through experience that when your disorder, which I assume is bipolar disorder, kicks in your life will turn into a nightmare. So I would encourage you to continue your medications and speak with your provider about discountinuing or reducing dosages.

As to your initial question, you can expect to feel withdrawal symptoms for at least a couple more months and some days will be just miserable.

I wish you the best in whatever you decide to do.

Michael
