Is there anybody there ?
I really need to talk to somebody who understands how it is to be a bipolar. People underrate what it is and they don't know how hard it is to have bipolar. Bipolar is actually making me destroy myself unconsciously. If anybody would like to talk please , I'll be glad to talk with someone who understands. (An Egyptian if possible )

I have panic disorder and bipolar disorder and hate it. I hate how I can't deal with my emotions and how quickly I can just get angry. Sometimes I just wish I was normal. My bf always tells me I am normal but I don't think so. If u wanna talk to me or ask questions just MSG me pls. I think we can help each other

My 35 year old son has bipolar disorder and so does my ex daughter in law. The medications helped them tremendously. It is good you recognize there is a problem. With meds and the proper advise to understand how bipolar makes you feel will help a lot
