I have learned many different coping skils that I use when I feel anger or other negative emotions. Talk therapy with a therapist or psychologist is good. I see both a psychiatrist and therapist regularly in order to maintain stability. I've also gone to group therapy and Intensive Outpatient treatment. It's a matter of continuously learning skills and know when it's time to use them. Good luck.
