Stop using my Med's

I have recently started going to a psychiatrist. Has Raised my Zoloft from 100mg to 200mg. He has taken me off of my Aderall xr 30mg and put me on Vyvanse 70mg, and put me on 600mg of Trileptal twice a day. My question is I feel even more fatigued than i have in my entire life. It has started to effect my work a little bit, and my wife seems to be upset that I'm not spending as much time with her because of my sleeping. I have brought this up to him before and he said that we need to stay the path that we are on. I really don't know what to do. Should i scrap all the med's i'm on and start over?  Find another Doctor ? At this point i'm ready to stop taking the Med's and live with the consequences.

I also quit my  effexor, all those drugs do is numb you, so you are a zomby and don't "feel" anything

I would definitely not stop the meds on my own. If you really feel that they're not for you, you should probably see another doctor, either to change them or work your way off them.
Trust me, I was just dropped from my insurance (father quit his job) and I've run out of some of my meds. It's not fun.
