thats the best but dont push to hard if shes not at least partially committed
thats when they quit the meds and help
so sorry to hear the marriage troubles
make date nights, movies, sit or walk in the park, cuddle in candle light
open car doors hold hands
show her shes the center and most important priority one
sleep meds should help also over the counter melatonin is all natural sleep pills look at local pharmacy lots of natural sleep with good ingredients
i wouldn't use aspirin or ibuprofen night pills that are out unless shes in pain
just make everyday you have free a special day if you cook cook her favorites
Thanks its a long storie wife is currently not sleeping and is coming back to France were I am we been having marital problems and now we were separated for a month on Thursdays and she's coming back for a little while during witch time I will get her to a docteur for some meds and a counselor
Cause I feel that she needs it and of course it will be with her accord. But I will insist cause I love her .
your very very short vaige and hard to help with so little information more would help
but let me lays some bp tips i know from my life
bipolar is a mood disorder ups and downs
also depending on bipolar verses bipolar 2 bipolar has ver sever manic attacks
i will post some web links for you
to help her just be there prove like my wife till death do us part
she stayed when i was throwing making holes in the walls
even broke a unreplaceable collectable man i feel like crap never can be replaced
anyway she stayed and then helped me through my recovery
if shes bipolar you have to watch and find ways to contain her
pull spark plugs etc some get hypo sex drives
some like me just fixed cars and hours 3 days till i crashed
here are the links best of luck and just ask me or others always happy to talk more when i know more
very sorry a whole lot of links but the number one best thing you can do is educate yourself
i did for my wife's problems the more you read the more you lear you not only understand but like me im better to deal and put up with it
hope it goes well
