im bi-polar and depressive
my moods have been so messed up lately. i can not find a dr near where i live. i do not have med insurence. and i havent had my meds in almost 8 months. and im not sure what to do.

Also there is a group called the Bipolar Depression Support Alliance (DBSA)
okay there is a few different things you can try. I have been in the same situation before:
-Go to your local DES office and apply for healthcare
-call the suicide hotline to get a refferal to a local agency that will give you psych meds (they do that)
-Call the National Alliance on Mental Illness
