schizoaffective disorder

Hello, i've got a daughter,25.years old who has schizoaffective disorder, she's in hospital at the moment, already 2. month---------i'm despair there's no change in her condition with all the treatment what she get.
I would like to know if it's possible more detail's about her illness & treatment.

How difficult for you and your daughter this time must be. I dont know too much about the schizoid except what I have with my bi  polar when I am not meds I felt very unreal and everything I would dream or imagine would be reality for me. Its like I would act out my dreams and I would hear people talk to me trying to help me. Not quite like hearing voices but I remeber one time I kept trying to phone for help and different people would answer( in my head) It was like they really were talking to me and they helpedme to get the help I needed . it was really bizaare but I gueass it was a way my brain tried to help itself.
what kind of treatment are they doing for her at the hospital? I got well with meds and therapy but it does take time. at one time I was on 5 different meds but now I am down to 2 meds and I have been stable for 7 years.
I am keeping you and your daughter in my prayers.Please let me know how she progresses  you have a rough road ahead but it can get better with time meds and therapy.Keep in touch  and if you need someone to talk to just message me I will listen. sometimes I think it is hareder on the ones watching their loved one go through than it is to be the one with the illness.
