We on this forum are not qualified to diagnose you.  You must get to a doctor for diagnosis and treatment.  You appear to be exhibiting some signs of bp.  I agree with RJ above, I had all those symptoms as well as other, more serious issues that I could no longer ignore.
Get to a doctor soon!

I have some of those signs like deff mood swings there so bad its ruining my relationship and i have i don't like being around others because i don't think i can socialize. I always feel like eveyone is judging me and going to make fun of me its why im so shy. When im lonely i feel that way i just want to be alone and i cry over no reason most of the time i don't know why. I'm always afraid of doing something wrong espically at work im always afraid i will mess up and its always on my mind. If i do mess up its on my mind for weeks and bothers me bad. Concentrating is hard for me a lot. So from all the problems i do have. Is there a chance im bi polar?

You do get mood swings, but that can come from other things such as harmone imbalance. With bi-polar you can have problems sleeping; get in a Get It Done, The Faster The Better Mood; not care about doing anything; everything just seems overwhelming; don't want to be around others because you just don't feel you can socialize; be so lonely but not want any one around because you would rather be alone, yet you are still lonely; just stay in bed because you get so depressed you don't see the need to get up; no energy; feel hateful for absolutely no reason, suddenly; over spending for no real reason; no appetite; over eating; fear of doing something wrong; can't concentrate; can't remember things that has any steps to it that you have done enough to be able to do backwards-you just draw a blank--besides other things. Hope this helps you out.
