Risk of pregnancy on the first day of active pill + having sex that day

If I take a pill on the first day of my active pill (had 7 day break) and have sexual intercourse on that day, is there a risk of becoming pregnant?

You should be covered month after month is you take your pill as prescribed.  The break week is just so you shed a bit.  You never ovulated but your hormones are manipulated by adding hormone, then it is not there so you spot and then you start it again to keep the protection going.  But if the week off is part of the prescribing information for your pill, you should be fine.  good luck
