pregnancy scare

A week before my period my bf and I were messing around, there was no penetration and he didn't ejaculate anywhere near my vagina. But he rubbed his penis against my vagina and also touched his penis and then fingered me. I was worried about getting pregnant from precum and took an emergency contraceptive pill at the 45th hour. I am on medication for PCOS and hypothyroidism and my cycle is around 30-35 days. My period is a day late. I took a pregnancy test this morning (first day of missed period) and it was negative. What are my chances of being pregnant?

I'm typing on my iPad and for some reason the words are not coming up right. What I said was that taking Plan B messes with your cycle. And that you should read your package insert because it states that irregular bleeding which includes either missed periods or more bleeding than usual is to be expected.

Your chances are slim to none of being pregnant. Taking plan will cause disruptions in your cycle, it says skin the package insert. Taking it on top of all the other meds you're taking will surely disrupt your cycle even more. I wouldn't think twice about it. I'd be more concerned that the plan B messed with your thyroid levels or caused some issue with the effectiveness of your PCOS meds because that is much more likely.
