Am I pregnant?

I am on birth control but missed a couple days then a couple days after that my fiancé came in me. Four days after that I had white milky discharge and three days after that I started bleeding which was weird because it was three days before my period was supposed to start and it is always that day because I am on birth control. I am having bad cramps and I am very nauseous.

I don't think myself your pregnant. The fact that you missed your birth control, has just messed up your cycle by the sounds of it. When I was on the pill and missed a couple, my menstrual cycle went all over the place, and I had to come off it until I had a period, and stopped bleeding full stop, and start the pill again just to get my cycle back into rhythm.

Missing two days of birth control in a row means you aren't protected anymore, and need to use a backup for 7 days after as long as you don't miss any more (as per the patient info sheets on birth control).  Depending on how long ago you had unprotected sex, it might be too early for a pregnancy test to show anything, but you should definitely talk to an ob/gyn soon.
