Hello,
What you are having are side effects of starting the birth control pills due to the hormonal action and should get better in the first three months. If these side effects persist then you may need to change the birth control for which you should consult a doctor.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thanks for your response. I am now day 14 on the pills and been taking it very regularly at around the same time everyday. I am constantly feeling tender nipples, bloating, slight weight gain and now mild cramps in lower belly right side. I assume its due to ovulation prevention from the pills?
