Spotting for 4 days after sex

I’ve been on birth control pills for 3 months now. I’ve never had spotting issues before. I had sex 4 days ago and a little over a week ago. But last time I had sex I noticed bright red blood when I peed that night. Its not heavy enough to wear a liner or tampon, it doesn’t bleed onto my underwear, it just comes out when I pee and wipe. Sometimes it’ll be heavier and a couple times it’s been barely any blood at on. I’m not supposed to get my period for another two weeks. Could it just be irregular spotting, or maybe implantation bleeding? I’ve never had this issue before.
