Im on Diane 35

Hi all, I'm not sure If im in the right community for my question to be answered but im sure I'll get the help i need.
My problem started like 4months ago when i missed my period for about 69days, i was happy cause i thought i was pregnant but after ultrasounds and blood tests, i was diagnosed of a PCOS (polystic ovarian syndrome) not sure about the full meaning of pcos there. Anyway, my doctor had to put me on DIANE 35 which i have been taking for two months now but i realised that the usual pre-menstral pains on my breasts has turned into an everyminute non-stopping pains. I have this right under my two breasts, the same location though i could feel some spots are more painful under my breasts than the other parts of my breasts, when i spoke to my doctor about this, she said it might be due the pills im taking but i shouldn't stop. i denied myself of having sex since i started this pill so im sure im not pregnant but my main concern is that im a smoker. I smoke a pack of cigarettes under 24-28hours and drink a bottle of beer a day. Now my breasts feels pinched by needles when i wake up in the morning and when i get out of bed, from a lying position its like my breasts are going to fall off. Could my habits have something to do with my problem? or Is this a normal pain?
