Is this my Birth control or could i be pregnant??

I was taking Ortho Cyclen for 2 months and my doctor changed my pills to Ortho Novum. I bled a little when i started the new prescription, about 3 days before the inactive pills, I bled very very little (like 2 days but not enough to even use a tampon). I am 5 days into my new pill pack. I take my pills before bed and i did forget twice last month but took them as soon as i woke up.(between my 2 and 3rd week) I have been feeling moody lately and pretty crampy. Im beginning to get a little worried. Has anyone else had anything like this? what was the outcome? im really not trying to stress over it but as the days continue its harder not to. If theres any other information i forgot that may help please let me know. just would like some opinions and anyone else who has ever been though this... what was the outcome??

hi, i used to be on birth control for 2-3 years i believe. when i first started the doc asked me what kind i wanted to take but i had no clue to what i wanted so they gave me one. i forgot the brand but it made me bleed 2 1/2 to 3 days only on my cycle. it made me tired and i had bad cramps and also my breast was very tender and sore. it also did make me moody too.
one day my bf squeezed my breast because of how big they got and noticed liquid came out everytime he squeezed them. i got worried and thought i was pregnant so i went to the docs and they said that those pills had a high level of estrogen in it so they switched it for a lower dose. i never really was statisfied with the ones they gave me so i asked for a brand called "Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo".
in the begining of using "Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo" it made me bleed for a month straight but became normal after the third month. it made my skin clearer, my period became lighter, and less cramps. but the down side is that it made me not want sex so i stopped using it after two years. i'd say it's a good one. hope my story helped a little.
