On the pill and missed a period-Could I be pregnant?

I have been on the pill for years and have never missed a period while on the pill.  This month I did miss a pill but took it immediately when I remembered.  When it was time for my period I had very very light brown spotting for a half a day.  My breast have been sore for two weeks and I was very crampy the whole week I should have had my period.  I have had 4 children already and my head is telling me I'm pregnant but I have taken 3 test and all were negative.  Does anyone have any answers?  Could I be pregnant?

how many hours late were you taking the pill,it could just be stress that is delaying your period, but the fact you have spotting is a bit weird, you know your body do an early morning sample
