Plan B

Due to a monday holiday (stupid I know) I thought that Thursday was Wednesday and started my birth control pill pack a day late. I realized this on Friday when my first thought was that I did not take the pill on Thursday but soon realized that it was not that I missed a pill but that I had taken it late so I took two on Friday. Since  I had had unprotected sex on Thursday morning with my fiance (thinking it was wednesday)  I took plan B on Saturday around noon and have since continued my birth control pills as normal.  What are the chances I am pregnant? How soon can I figure out if I am pregnant?

I took a clearblue easy digital pregnancy test today (21 days after the missed pill) and it came back negative.  Has anyone had any experience with this test and have any feedback as to the accuracy of the test.  According to the clearblue website if you are on the pill and have messed up taking it you are suppose to wait 19 days from the missed pill at least for accurate results so I am hoping that it was an accurate reading. I am suppose to get my period on Saturday but I am so stressed about being pregnant/ took plan b that I know it will be late.
