In a 21 day pack, you usually would take your last pill and then take no pills for the next 7 days, at which time you would start a new pack.

Simply start your new pack immediately after taking the last pill of your 21 day pack.

You can simply skip the inactive pills (usually found at the end of a 28day pack, the last week) by starting a new pack immediately at the end of the last week of ACTIVE pills.

Check with your doctor before doing this, though to be sure that it is ok.
