Stopping birth control and conception

I am a 23 year old female who stopped taking ortho tricyclen recently. I stopped taking the pills on the 25th of June and started my period on the 27th of June. My husband and I had unprotected sex on 2 days during my period. My family has a history of being very fertile. I am having what could be signs of pregnancy and my doctor said that my uterus felt bulky on one side. He scheduled me for an ultrasound next week. Could I get pregnant that quick? I had just had my "pill" period on the 19th (started then) and it was normal. Technically, I would have been ovulating around the date we had sex, but I had what I thought was my period. It lasted for 6 days like my normal period before the pill did and was not extremely heavy, painful, or abnormal. Could I get pregnant after having what could have been my period? Could I get pregnant that soon after getting off the pill and while I was on my period?

Everything you are saying pretty much says to me that you are ovulating, which you had sex while this occured so there is a good chance that you are going to become preg, im not sure if you are trying or you are trying to prevent it. But if you are trying then good luck!! Let me know what happ, but i would not worry about being preg from before, i think your ovulating now, that is the same feeling i had and i just ovualted, twingy pulling feelings down by the ovaries, and i have really sore nipples, i commented to you on your other post, but you never wrote back. Good luck!!!!

Well, now I can't get in to the doctor till next thursday due to my work schedule. To make matters worse, last night, after sex with my husband, I had these twitches on the left side of my lower abdomen, clost to my hairline and about three inches diagonally from my belly buttom. This is the same area where my doctor said I was bulky. It twitched for most of the night and ached dully, like mild cramps. Then today, I had a little pain with a bowel movement. AND, my labia and lower area have become super sensitive, almost like when I'm "in the mood". Does anyone know what this could mean?

Its possible.

The bleeding you had was simply withdrawal bleeding from the loss of the hormones of the bcp.  So you could have ovulated during this time.

Take a test about 2 weeks after the unprotected sex, unless you get an answer sooner from the doctor.
