My Mom got hers tied after my younger brother and there wasn't any additional pain. That was almost 30 years ago, so I'm sure things are even better now.
Ok thanks ladies. Im hoping for a smooth transition.
My friend got her tubes tied but she had a vaginal delivery and the Dr. Told her its best to wait for her 6weeks to make sure the swelling went down so she went and recovered well she said she was just sore for 2days. I'm planning on getting mines done but I have to have a c section and they tie your tubes while they have you open. So I guess it depends on your delivery plan and the Dr they all do things different.
I don't no for sure but Im having the same thing done this is going to be my 5th child. I have a girl who is almost 15 and 3 sons 13,10, &,8. Now I have another girl on the way. Wish I could have it done right away but the hospital were im going to deliver is a Catholic hospital so I am NOT allowed to do it there.
