White tissue like discharge

I passed a large piece of white tissue with a few black dots inside the tissue. The tissue was shaped like a large tadpole. I also went for number two at the same time and noticed brownish/reddish discharge surrounding it. I have been taking the pill for over a year. Last month I missed a couple of pills and I started a very light period which lasted about 6 days and then I had my normal period for about 5 days following it. I continued taking the pill regularly with breaks of 7 days in between. This month I had my normal period. I experienced this passing of tissue 10 days after the first day of my period.
I am wondering what the large piece of tissue is as I have never experienced it before. I had had light pain on the right side of my abdomen for the past week.
