what is the best and safe method to avoid pregnancy. i have one child and i do not need another child till up to 3-4 year which type precaution we use to avoid pregnancy. now a days my wife feeling that she is pregnant again. i want to clear the pregnancy status at early stage. what should i do for know the doubt.
She'll have to wait for a missed period to confirm or deny pregnancy. Once she's sure she's not pregnant, she will need to see her gynecologist and discuss her options. There are pills, IUDs (hormonal and non-hormonal), patches, the depo shot, the NuvaRing, etc. What is best for your wife will depend on your wife's body and will be decided by her and her gynecologist.
