birthcontrol and anti-biotics

i've been on bc for about 6 years now and i recenylt had to take anti-biotics. I knnow that it messes with the b.c. does anyone know how long it will take for the b.c to become effective again?

I second that. If you really don't want the chance of a pregnancy, wait a full cycle. At the VERY least wait 2 weeks... but even that, if you can't handle a baby right now, could be walking a very thin line. Better safe then sorry.

you should complete a 30 day cycle to be protected again... its pretty much like starting the pill all over again
