Marijuana can affect the baby as well, even if you do get pregnant. Drugs of any sort should be stopped or at the very least, you should tell your gynecologist to discuss their affects on the potential baby and your chances at getting/staying pregnant.
If you happen to ovulate 3-5 days after today, you could still get pregnant, yes. If your ovulation date is later in your cycle, then no.
