expired birth control

I just noticed my ortho tri cyclen has been expired for 2 months. Am i not protected anymore???

Hi there,

Just read your comments. I would suggest that you make an appointment
with your family doctor, tell the doctor you have expired bc pills and ask
your doctor what to do next. Your doctor should be aware of this.

With medication, it is always best to take the expiration date as gospel and assume it stops being effective at that date.
