interfearing with birth control
if I am taking the bith control pill tri springtec does the prescription doxycycline inter act with it. I don't want to get pregnant
I ALWAYS heard antibiotics interfere w/birth control.I would call the dr office&ask.they will simply tell u to use another form of birth control if they interact
Best to ask your doctor or pharmacist. Didn't you tell your doctor that you were on this birth control before he prescribed it? He actually should have asked you, if he is a good doctor. If he was made aware of your birth control first, then he would not give you a med that would interact. Blessings - Blu
