very worried. birth control

I had sex on the night I had taken my last inactive pill of the bc pack. I just made my refill meaning I won't  have my new pack of bc for 3 days. Today is Friday and I won't have pack till Monday morning. I had sex last night Thursday. Am I in danger of getting pregnant.? What should I do? Very worried.

You should get your new pack as soon as possible, and as soon as you get the pack, take one pill.  Then take another at your regular time that night.  I would not take three at once.

I tried to not have a break between packs but it was the only time available. What should I do once I get my new pack? Take 3 pills immediately since I missed 3 days or just take one pill immediately? Or wait till the time I usually take them which is 6 pm?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
It is usually recommended to start the next pack immediately after taking the last pill from the previous package. You may experience breakthrough bleeding if you do not start the new pack on time. Since you had sex on the day you had taken your last inactive pill the chances of conceiving are less. You might have been protected by the hormone levels from the old pack. You need to start a new pack without any break. It is best to seek the opinion of a gynecologist and discuss your concerns. Do keep me posted.
Take care and regards!
