Do I need to be concerned?

I was on the birth control Setlankin, and I recently switched to Emoquette. I switched by having an active pill of Setlankin and the next day at the same time I took an active Emoquette pill. I'm not sure if switching these birth controls means it will take 7 days for the new birth control to be effective, so my chances of getting pregnant are higher for that week or if I am fine. I was hoping someone would be able to tell me if I should be using other protection during this week or if Emoquette is enough.
