Hi there. This looks like a serious condition to me with other serious outcomes. If you have bleeding from 6 months you could be severely anemic. You need to be examined internally to look for the cause of bleeding. A dilatation and curettage might be required to help in diagnosis or treatment.
Hemoglobin should be tested and corrected as per the result.
Next conception you must take full panel of tests linked with first and second trimester abortions like TORCH, VDRL, HIV, chromosomal anomalies..
Best of luck to you

Im really sorry to hear you had a miscarriage, may i ask if you have been tested for APS better known as antiphospolipid syndrome.
APS can cause miscarriage, and i feel that everyone who has a miscarriage should be tested for this.
Its very simple to test for, a simple blood test.
It can also cause bleeding problems too.

It is better known as sticky blood syndrome, and usually the worst parts it can cause problems is the brain and placenta.

I hope this as helped you, i feel sad for your loss.
I hope if they test you now for APS, then with appropiate treatment, you will carry fullterm next time, and it will save you a lot of misery.

Good luck.
If you havent already been tested, then please ask to be, its your right, and your body.
Take care
Please keep me posted
