Lump om breast and several swollen lynph nodes

I had a ultra sound and found out that I have 2 solid mass on my right breast. It is being reviewed by some other doctors and I was told they were smooth and probably not cancerous. My doctor got stuck in surgery so I didnt get a chance for a examination or just to talk to him. I am very fatigue,nauseated, and Alot of lymph nodes are swollen and seem to increase at night and are very painful, I cry. Does any one have any suggegtions are advice to help me?

It says in your profile that you are a man. Are you? if not, and if this is a mistake, it is really important to correct the mistake because the reader becomes confused and irritated, and somewhat unbelieving that you would so carelessly  have  what little, and most important information about you, be wrong. on the other hand, there are men who have bc and it is not good for them to have women make these mistakes? Dear 29motherof4:  There are several possible explanations for lumps and painfully swollen lymph nodes.  Without evaluation and review of the mammogram, it is impossible to speculate on what might be going on in your situation.  Given that this is causing you severe distress, it may be well worth placing a call to your doctor's office for a discussion and some direction.
