My wife did the MRI and they see a lump in her breast (the one bleeding). She went to biopsy last Thursday and thanks God it was negative. She will see doctor tomorrow and would like to ask him what should be done next for her bleeding nipple. She just wonder how to ask the doctor or anyone in this forrum about this.

Dear Hai, If this test turns up negative (no abnormalities seen)the decision may be close follow-up. It could very well be that the bleeding was from a benign (non-cancerous)cause.
There is a newer procedure called ductal lavage that might be a possibility. This procedure is used to check the linings of the ducts, to check for abnormalities. Ductal lavage involves three steps.
