Breast Cancer pain

Hello, my name is Virginia, I have breast cancer, I have two lumps on my right breast and have a throbbing pain in my right breast above the lump , what is the cause of this??? is it my cancer?? I am a big believer in natural treatments, I don't believe in cutting or chemotherapy If anyone can help me out with an answer for this cause please send me an email @  ***@****
