You are entirely welcome!
Since your non-spontaneous discharge appears to be of the normal and common variety, I didn't take time yesterday to give you a fuller answer.
However, since you seem to be quite medically aware, here is some additional information, for general interest in the topic, or to share with someone else who is concerned about a nipple discharge:
Certain medications also increase the likelihood of discharge. (For example, I have had patients who had recently begun taking an antidepressant, without being informed that it could cause nipple discharge,, who then went to a doctor and were immediately put through the anxiety and expense of a battery of tests including a CT scan, because the doctor failed to ask about new medications they might be taking...)
There are certain times of life (due to hormone fluctuations) that discharge is more likely, and oral contraceptives can also have this effect.
Below is the link to an excellent post by zouzi, which describes the many different types of discharge that can occur:

The cause of the discharge is probably that you keep squeezing your breasts to see if there is still a discharge...
Squeezing (even the pumping of the muscles in the breast that occurs with some weight lifting exercises) and sucking (related to nursing or other activities) can stimulate the breasts to produce fluid.
There are other causes of nipple discharge (more concerning is spontaneous leakage from just one breast), but since you've already had this checked out by your doctor you really have no reason to worry.
