lumps in breast, underarm, neck and a mass in my abdomen

I have palpable masses in my breast, underarm, neck and a large bumpy mass in my abdomen. My breasts feel all bumpy too. I saw my Dr. he said it was a good chance it is cancer. I go for my abd. and breast ultrasound an Wed. and mammogram. Is there anything else that would cause this to happen. I do smoke and a few months ago I stopped taking pain meds (MS contin) that I had been on for years for chronic pain. I don't drink alcohol really, just a drink on the holidays. Is my Dr. right is this most likely cancer. Please help.

Dear Gypsygirl66, Without further evaluation including physical examination it is impossible to say what this is or to speculate on the likelihood that this is due to a cancer situation or some other non-cancerous (benign) cause.

I'm having a abdominal CT (not ultrasound), and I have lost close to l5 lbs in a short time. I am 4lyo and have a Hx of breast cancer in family(mothers sister). I also have abdominal pain and back pain in the T-spine area.
