Good .. I thought so. I mentioned the density thing because of the comment your Physician made about the "feel" of your breast tissue. I'm sure the compression views will clarity the issue. Good Luck; let us know the results.
Hi - Yes, going in for spot compression Friday. Notice report said asymmetry seen only on one view, not both.
Also, I do have very dense tissue - even very first mammo said this in report back in 1992!
Last question first ... if a woman has had no pregnancies it is deemed that she if os higher risk for BC. Were you advised to have any additional testing such as compression views by mammogram ? Anytime something is found on mammogram there is usually a need for additional investigation. This could be something as minor as some breast tissue that has folded over on itself and will disappear when compression views are taken. If the breast tissue is very dense it sometimes requires MRI to clarify any findings. Regards ...
