Dented line on outside of breast

Hello all,
I have been having a heart attack over this for 2 months now. 2 months ago I had a thourough breast exam done on both sides because I found a dimple in my biopsy scar (benign hamartoma 2 years ago). The doctor checked both breasts thouroghly although without my arms up. His exact words were "there's nothing in there". So, I was much relieved and went on. The next day in the mirror I noticed on the opposite breast on the outer side by my arm a dented line. Under much investigation I know that this line is a pretty bad stretch mark. But, the question is that when I press my hand against my hip the stretch mark dents into the breast tissue. Not a pucker and not what I would define as a dimple. A dented line the length of the stretch mark. There are some other stretch marks in the area but  this is the worst one and the only one that behaves this way. It is going up and down, not across. I have thouroughly investigated the area for a lump and only the normal fibrocystic lumps are there, nothing out of the ordinary. My question is, should I go back in even though I found this the day after my exam? I don't detect a change since then. Also I should mention that I have four children who I nursed and I am 32 Thanks!

I agree with Katrin. Have  this new finding  checked out.

If nothing turns up, you will at least have peace of mind. (And should there be something of more concern, it will be investigated at the earliest possible time.)

Please keep us posted.

Wishing you all the best,

I need to mention that this is on the opposite breast than the one I went in for last time. He did do a thourough exam on both breasts though. I did not know this was there when I was in his office though. The dented line is about an inch long.

I think you should trust your knowing your own body best, and I can truly speak from experience and have been right every time. When no doctor could feel or see anything, I was flabbergasted by how something like them not seeing and feeling what was obvious to me was even possible.
