Hi,
Your Ultrasound report doesn't show anything alarming.
Apocrine Metaplastic is considered a normal change in fibrocystic breast condition which is not a precursor to breast cancer.
You should continue good breast health care with monthly breast self exams, with routine follow-up and with mammograms/Ultrasound as directed by your physicians.
Also reducing fat in the diet and avoiding foods and beverages containing caffeine, such as coffee, tea, chocolate and soft drinks, can decrease water retention and may help to alleviate the discomfort.Natural remedy such as evening primrose oil...Vitamins B6 and E, are sometimes effective. But please ask your doctor before taking any vitamins.
Take care...

Hi,
The examination of the fluid resulting from your aspiration can give your doctor enough information to determine what the next steps should be to deal with the lump. I don't think you should really worry too much... Sometimes, infection can set in giving a pus like or green color to the fluid.Depending on the results, your doctor will advise you whether the cyst should be treated with a course of antibiotics or needing a minor surgical operation to remove the entire cyst along with the capsule to prevent further accumulation of fluid and pus.
Fibrocystic breasts is very common and benign, meaning that it's a non cancerous condition that affects more than 60% of women. Women with FB could develop mammary dysplasia, chronic cystic mastitis, diffuse cystic mastopathy, and benign breast disease (a term that includes other benign breast disorders, including infections).
Wishing you all the best...
