Lump just under nipple

About a week ago i found what looked like a spot just underneath my left nipple. It's just under the skin and when squeezed a puss like liquid came out. As i thought it was a spot i just left it but there is still a small lump there and it is now slightly red and tender to touch. Is this anything to worry about or is it just a spot that is taking slightly longer to heal up? I've only just turned 20 and had my last period about 2 weeks ago.

I posted a week ago about a spot under my nipple. Is it still there and is still pretty sore. It is like a pea-sized lump right under the skin. The surrounding skin is a bit inflamed and red. Should i get this looked at or will it still be healing? Should it take this long? Help.

Thanks for your response. This has put my mind at ease a bit! I think i look way too far into things!

Sounds to me that it's just a pimple of some sort and had just not surfaced yet.   I've had something like that before too and it will be red and tender once you squeeze it.   It could fill back up if it acts like mine did but eventually should clear.
