Male Nipple Discharge

32 year old male with tender nipple on right side. Then noticed red area surrounding nipple. Later squeezed both nipples to discover dark brown discharge on both sides.What's up?

I am a 28 year old male and every since puberty when i squeeze around my nipple a clear liquid comes out what could this be?

I would suggest that you see your Dr. for a clinical breast exam and possibly some type of testing (ultrasound or mammogram). Breast discharge that is spontaneous (without any type of stimulation such as squeezing) can be a cause for alarm but even then more so when it's from one breast only. You do need to have this investigated though as breast cancer in men is not all that uncommon. This of course would be less likely since you don't mention any lump in the nipple area. Please do have it examined fairly soon as things that are ignored rarely improve on their own.     Regards .....
