Thanks, it is some how a relief. Here is my full post. I am so desperate and don't know what to do.
I am 33 years old married with no children, since April 2007 I discovered a lump on my breast and saw specialists who order a mammogram which did not detect any thing on my right breast which I am complaining of.  I was later told that the mammogram  is not reliable because of the dense tissues of the breast it will not give a correct reading. So does that mean I should not depend on it. I later did an U/S which did not detect anything on my right breast, but did detect some fibroadenosis on my left breast. It is worth mentioning that I did an operation on my left breast to remove a fibroadenosis almost 4 years ago. I did another U/S which says that there are two fibroadenosis on my right breast (the nature of complain) and they were at horizontal level at the lower quadrant of my breast 1.2x0.8 and 1.1x0.8. I then did a FNAB which said mildly a typical cells however the chromatin pattern does not look malignant, and I have a nipple ulcer with signs of subareolar papilomatosis (that was when the pathologist scrubbed the nipple surface).
My concern is that the doctors don't bother when reading this finding my question is:
Can atypical cells be anything rather than cancerous cells?
If it was atypical, could I stay with it for 13 month till now with no signs or affects?
5 days later I did another FNAB where it said: A few clusters of uniform ductal epithelial cells. There are fragments of spindle cell stromal tissue, this is consistent with fibroadenosis.
Before that I did a hormonal tumor marker test and Breast CA 15-3 which all came out clean.
It mostly important to note that it has been 13 month up to now and I have not experienced symptoms apart from what I originally had. Now a days I have a dull feeling on my right breast and I feel it is heavy, I saw the doctor and he told me it is normal because of the nipple infection I have. I want to stress on this point, since April 2007 till now, my right nipple surface ONLY is reddish, or whitish I think it is like wart or plaue (reference to the FNAB where the nipple surface was scrubbed).
Yesterday I tried to clean this plaque or wart, and when I did so, as if some water in the size of a niddle-eye  or even less is something that I hardly felt. The nipple surface as if it is a inflamed skin that is dry and can peel off if I tried to (wart or plaque). The doctor told me it is nipple infection because I tough it frequently and that it is eczema. I then saw a dermatologist who said this is a benign nipple infection and gave me:
Povison cream,Potassium pengenite, and some tabs to take. I am afraid that this could be paget's disease and because it is a rare cancerous type doctors would miss it out.
By the way I missed my period for almost 66 days till now, and I have fertility issues and use to take HRT
Is there any chance that all tests above would have missed this? How do I assure myself that every thing is OK.  One last thing although I saw 4 surgeons and 2 general doctors and one oncologist based on the breast examination and reading my reports they say I do not have anything to fear nor do I have paget's. I am afraid of the negligence or loss of education or update to the doctors. If it was Paget's would it stay this long?
I want to report that on the 28th of April I experienced for the 1st time a bloody discharge from my nipple. I was standing on the shower on not sure if the water hit me hard or not, but I suddenly saw blood. I put a paper napkin and it stopped. I called my doctor who told me that this is because of the nipple infection. He said that it is not serious and I should not worry about as it will not come again. Up to date thank GOD nothing had happened. My doctor assured me that it is not Paget's as it could have developed over this period of time since you first had your symptoms and it could not by all means stay still for 14 month till now!!! I am not sure if I take their word for comfort.
Nothing had changed in my breast shape, size, look, even the nipple did not develop further symptoms. I read about nipple adenoma and not sure could I have it? Specially that my FNAB report says subareolar papullomatosis. Is this benign?
I am just worried about the kind of wart or plaque on my nipple surface nothing more. A doctor advised that I repeat the FNAB, should I? Could it be true that something is missed out in two biopsies.
I was thinking of attaching pictures of my nipple on this post, but I though to ask ahead if this is acceptable or not.
Do bear with me, and give me some answers to my concerns. I am living in the dark, believe me, and I need someone to guide me to the light.

HI there.

Subareolar papillomatosis is a common benign condition of the breast that is usually the culprit for bloody nipple discharges.  The definitive treatment for such is excision and that should suffice.  This condition is not related to the development of nipple adenoma.  After the excision, I still suggest you continue following up with your doctor to detect any breast changes so that this can be addressed promptly.

Regards.
